Everything was perfect, excellent service and customer-facing staff. The room was beautiful and air-conditioned and the beds were comfortable. Clean and pleasant hotel in Piazzale Michelangelo district.

Accommodation was big size and enchanting, beds were exceptionally comfortable. Every staff member was polite and welcoming. In a central location with restaurants and eateries near the hotel. Dogana, where you can eat local food, was set 15 minutes walk away. All in all an excellent stay, the venue met requirements.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with the city center just a 20-minute walk away. The hotel was situated in a quiet area, but there were buses available for those who preferred not to walk. The cleanliness of the room was excellent, and it had all the amenities we needed. This hotel is a great value for money, offering affordable prices for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail is impressive, with rooms furnished in a lovely liberty style and equipped with air conditioning. I particularly enjoyed the view from the windows overlooking the beautiful garden. The breakfast options were plentiful, including fresh vegetables and a delicious traditional Italian cappuccino.
